CORBRO INTRODUCTORY & PRELIMINARY PREMERSHIP
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of
Entry.
2. Entry is open to all riders who have never ridden above Preliminary Level, regardless of name or address changes. Employees of Corbro Marketing & Distribution
Pty Ltd and their immediate families, and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The competition commences on the first of January 2009 at 00.01 am (AEST), all NSW events up until the 31st December 2009 at 23:59 (AEST) will be included in
points tally. Any competitions after this date are ineligible for points to be awarded.
4. All eligible competitors must have a current NSW residing address. People out of state will not be accepted.
5. Eligible entry may only be made by nomination. This can be done through the Corbro website or via fax to Corbro Marketing Pty Ltd on 9652 0117.
6. The major prize includes Corbro for the winners float or truck as well as a made to measure show rug for the winning horse and a champion trophy.
7. Should the eventual winner not own a float/truck they can choose to hold their prize or nominate to put the prize in to a stable or a friend/relatives float/truck up
to the value of $2,000.
8. 6 Runner up prizes will be announced at the end of the promotional period. 2nd place receives a made to measure show rug as well as a runner up trophy and 3rd
Prize is a Nature Vet pack valued at $200. The total value of these prizes is $2,200.00.
9. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any competitors who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not
in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
10. All prizes will be determined by a points tally system, competitors will receive points based on performance throughout the year at NSW Eventing competitions
throughout the promotional period.
11. The winners will be notified by phone and mail and their details will be published in The Eventer magazine with an article on the rider and their horse. The decision
is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Total Prize Value is $6,200.00.
13. Should any prize remain unclaimed, the following highest placed competitor shall receive the prize.
14. Prize values do not include GST and are in Australian dollars and are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing.
15. The winners agree to the use of their names, images and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agree that the
Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
16. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any
personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or
engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to
recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
19. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter & promotional partners may use the entrant’s
names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice,
unless otherwise advised by the entrant(s). By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. If entrants do not
consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact the Promoter on their details set out below. Any request to update,
modify or delete the entrant’s details should be directed to the Promoter.
20. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond
the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole
discretion, (subject to state regulations), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
21. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited
to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, War; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion
and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation.
22. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting the prizes is the responsibility of the winners.
