CORBRO WARRANTY
CORBRO Marketing & Distribution Pty Ltd offers you a warranty that:
- The EVA foam will not collapse; and
- The product when supplied has a destructive bond between the rubber and the EVA.
for a period of 2 years from the time of installation or 3 years from the time of manufacture [whichever time period elapses first]
Subject to the conditions of warranty set out below, if the product is found to be defective during the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of CORBRO Marketing & Distribution Pty Ltd and the Minstall Installation Team, without cost to the owner for parts or direct repair labour.
This Warranty DOES NOT cover:
- Products where the product is installed or left in direct sunlight. ;
- Defects or damage from abnormal use, unauthorized modifications or repair, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration or improper installation;
- Any acts which are not the fault of CORBRO Distribution & Marketing Pty Ltd.
Customer’s responsibilities
- You are able responsible for the correct maintenance of the product as listed below, any non product fault or problem is not covered by this warranty.
- All numbered flooring sheets must be laid back in the exact position they were installed after cleaning.
- Ramps are not to be removed when cleaning sheets as adequate drainage and cleaning can be done with them in the original position.
- Sheets must not be tampered with or cut down further once installed.
- Any installation problems such as “sheets bowing, curling or lifting” must be reported immediately.
Limitation of Liability
- The Trade Practices Act and other laws imply conditions and warranties into contracts for the supply of goods and prohibit the exclusion, restriction or modification of such conditions and warranties. To the extent permitted by law, such conditions and warranties are excluded from this contract. To the extent permitted by law, t he liability of CORBRO Marketing & Distribution Pty Ltd in respect of a breach of an implied condition or warranty under law that cannot be excluded, or any warranty made under these terms and conditions is limited, to the extent permissible by law and at the option of CORBRO Marketing & Distribution, to the:
- replacement of the products or the supply of equivalent products;
- repair of the products;
- payment of the cost of replacing the products or of acquiring equivalent Goods;
- payment of the cost of having the products repaired.
